The objective of this training is to train all employees on the skills (Name the skills) in Point of Sale with the help of other teams Subject Matter Experts as trainers by the end of Q4 As a result, the trainee is required to complete the documentation and place them on SharePoint.   

The purpose of this document is to verify the individual’s needs on Transfers including:  

  1. What is transfers and how it works (user journey)  

  1. Interrelation among tables and the data flow – status change. – this will cover client exceptions  

  1. Possible problems and the corresponding solutions (e.g. Jobs don’t run, statuses don’t change, etc…)  

  1. Specific scenarios from the support team and troubleshooting tips
